Objective: Empower the customer to develop a personal exercise plan, including
how to increase daily movement through lifestyle changes.
Scope of Class: We teach customers the “Four keys to Success” to help develop
their personal exercise plan. AHA Physical Activity Guidelines are taught along
with simple ways to increase everyday movement and activity.
Presentation Format: Informal setting with several corresponding handouts. Length:
Approximately 45 min to 1 hour.
